Original Quinton is only available for purchase through health professionals. If you are not a health professional and would like to purchase, please contact one of our Health Professionals who offer Original Quinton through their practice.

To register to become a qualified health care professional with Original Quinton, you can either:

  1. Click here to fiill out a Registration Form online. Please fax or mail us a copy of proof of your degree, certification or license to practice. (Please include your email address on the fax)

  2. Click this link to download the Registration Forms, print, fill out and fax or mail to us with proof of your degree, certification or license to practice.

Once you have registered, you can use download this order form . We will also send you an email you a link to purchase product online or you can log into your account to make a purchase. In addition, you can always call (888) 2-QUINTON Monday through Friday, 10AM-5PM PST to order over the phone.
