HOW TO USE QUINTON™
Suggested Use of Quinton™ Marine Plasma for Athletes
Your sports physiologist or health professional will recommend a protocol for you or your child.
In general, it is best to begin by drinking one (1) vial per day of Quinton™ Isotonic for the first couple of weeks before beginning on Quinton™ Hypertonic. Quinton™ Hypertonic is best taken before training or before a sporting event, whereas Quinton™ Isotonic is best taken following training or after a sporting event.
Quinton™ is ideally taken on an empty stomach and 10 to 20 minutes before exercise or before a meal. Be sure to drink extra water 10 minutes after taking Quinton™ Hypertonic, especially before or during exercise. Quinton™ Hypertonic can also be added to a water bottle and sipped during physical exercise
