HOW TO USE Quinton
Suggested Use of Quinton Marine Plasma for Athletes
Your sports physiologist or health professional will recommend a protocol for you or your child.
In general, it is best to begin by drinking one (1) vial per day of Quinton Isotonic for the first couple of weeks before beginning on Quinton Hypertonic . Quinton Hypertonic is best taken before training or before a sporting event, whereas Quinton Isotonic is best taken following training or after a sporting event.
Quinton is ideally taken on an empty stomach and 10 to 20 minutes before exercise or before a meal. Be sure to drink extra water 10 minutes after taking Quinton Hypertonic , especially before or during exercise. Quinton Hypertonic can also be added to a water bottle and sipped during physical exercise
